  • Review the award categories above to ensure your nominee meets the criteria for either individuals or organizations.
  • Click on any of the Nominate buttons on this page, fill in the pop-up form with your full name and email, and you’ll be taken to the checkout page.
  • At the checkout page, fill out your application form and submit your application fee.
  • Once your fee is processed, you’ll be immediately taken to a page to fill out the nomination form with comprehensive details about yourself/your organization, including:
  • An overview of your initiative
  • Statistics on your impact (people helped, money raised, etc.)
  • Explanation of how you/your organization are pioneering positive change
  • High-res headshot or company logo

REMEMBER

The nomination deadline is June 21, 2024. All nomination materials, including an overview of your initiatives, explanation of how you/your organization are pioneering positive change, and high-res photos of yourself/company logos must be submitted by then to be considered.

What Happens After You Submit Your Nomination?

We will carefully review all nominees. Finalists will be notified by Sept. 25, 2024 and provided further instructions via email. Award winners will be announced here on Sept. 26, 2024 and in SUCCESS® magazine’s November/December 2024 issue.
